The international day of love is just around the corner! While Valentine’s Day is all about celebrating love, we can all be guilty of showing love to others and forgetting about ourselves. This Valentine’s Day we should all make an effort to show ourselves the same kind of love we so easily give to others.

MOVE YOUR BODY
There is no better way to love your body than to move it! Moving your body at least 45 minutes per day will increase the endorphins released, ensuring you feel and think better. Try a walk in nature, lifting weights, pilates or a yoga session.
RELAX AND RESET
Life can be busy and sometimes we forget to allocate a little bit of time each day to relax and reset. We suggest running a warm bubble bath, reading a book, listening to music or treating yourself to a spa night in.
WINE AND DINE
Wining and dining yourself goes hand in hand with relaxing and resetting. Order your favourite takeaway or cook something delicious in the comfort of your own home. Throw your favourite show on Netflix and you have our dream dinner date.
Buy yourself a Valentine’s Day gift this year! Although we do not need an excuse to buy something nice for ourselves, Valentine’s Day seems like the perfect reason. Treat yourself to an Apéro tee or fashion piece this Valentine’s Day.
