Apéro Label Black Friday Sale Terms and Conditions
Participation in the Apéro Label Black Friday Sale, including VIP early access, the sitewide discount and the Free Gift with Purchase (together, the “Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Information on how to participate and the Gift forms part of these Terms and Conditions. All times stated are in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
The “Promoter” of this Promotion is Apéro Label (ABN 065 404 524), of 152 Gerler Road, Hendra, QLD, 4011.

1. Eligibility
This Promotion is open to residents of the eligible regions listed in section 3 who are aged 18 years or over.
Customers under 18 years of age must have the approval of a parent or guardian to participate. The parent or guardian must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions, and may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of that consent.
Employees of the Promoter, and of any of the Promoter’s agencies associated with the Promotion, are not eligible to participate.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion commences on Tuesday 10 November 2026 and runs in two stages:
- VIP early access: from 9:00AM AEST on Tuesday 10 November 2026, for customers who have signed up to receive a VIP access code (see section 3).
- Public access: from 12:00PM AEST on Tuesday 10 November 2026, open to all eligible customers.
The Promotion concludes at 11:59PM AEST on Monday 30 November 2026 (the “Promotion Period”), or while stocks last, whichever occurs first.
3. How the Sale Works
This Promotion is open to customers located in Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Singapore and Europe (“eligible regions”), who shop online at aperolabel.com during the Promotion Period.
VIP early access. To shop from 9:00AM AEST, customers must sign up to the VIP list in advance to receive a VIP access code. The code must be used to access the sale during the VIP early access period. Codes are for the use of the person who signed up and must not be shared, sold or transferred. The Promoter may void any code it reasonably believes has been shared or misused.
Sitewide discount. During the Promotion Period, eligible customers will receive 30% off sitewide, excluding gift cards. Gift cards are not discounted. The discount cannot be combined with any other discount code or offer unless the Promoter states otherwise.
Free gift with purchase. To receive the Gift, an eligible customer must, during the Promotion Period, spend the following minimum threshold in a single transaction:
- $250 AUD or more, or the equivalent in the customer’s local currency. Where a customer shops in a currency other than AUD (for example, Singapore dollars), the order total will be converted to AUD at the Promoter’s prevailing exchange rate at checkout, and the Gift will be made available once the converted total reaches $250 AUD.
The spend threshold is calculated on the order total after the sitewide discount is applied, and excludes gift cards, shipping and taxes.
Once the threshold is reached, the free Apéro Cap will appear in the customer’s cart. The Gift does not apply automatically. The customer must select it in the cart before checkout. When the threshold has been met and the Gift has been selected, it will be discounted to $0. Customers who do not select the Gift before completing checkout will not receive it, and it cannot be added to an order after checkout.
If an order is later changed, cancelled or refunded so that the order total falls below the threshold, the Gift may be removed from the order or its value deducted from any refund.
4. Limits
The Gift is limited to one (1) per order, and one (1) per customer during the Promotion Period.
The Gift is subject to stock availability. Once stock of the Apéro Cap runs out, the free gift offer will automatically cease. The sitewide discount will continue to apply for the remainder of the Promotion Period, unless otherwise stated.

The Gift is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or for alternative Apéro Label products.
The customer is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties and import charges, and for any other costs and expenses not listed above. The Promoter is not liable for any additional costs associated with this Promotion or the Gift. Any Promotion details not specified in these Terms and Conditions will be determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
6. General
The Promoter is not responsible for any loss suffered by any person who participates in any unauthorised operation or activity that holds itself out to be associated with this Promotion, including scams and phishing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any activities that are not conducted under its express authorisation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If this Promotion is interfered with in any way, or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter (including technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud), the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by law, to: (a) disqualify any participant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Any cost associated with participating in this Promotion, including internet access, is the participant’s responsibility.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any statutory consumer guarantees under consumer protection laws that apply to the Promoter in connection with the Promotion (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including as a result of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any order or correspondence that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in the Gift value from that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a participant; or (f) use of the Gift.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any social media platform (including Facebook, TikTok or Instagram) or any of their related entities (“Provider”). By participating, customers agree to release any Provider from all liability in connection with the Promotion.
7. Privacy
To conduct this Promotion, including the VIP sign-up, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about each participant and may, for this purpose, disclose that information to third parties, including agents, contractors, service providers, suppliers and regulatory authorities. Participation is conditional on providing this information.
Unless otherwise advised, the Promoter may use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the participant, and for the other purposes set out in the Apéro Label Privacy Policy. Participants should direct any request to access, update or correct their information to the Promoter.
All personal details will be stored in accordance with the Apéro Label Privacy Policy. On a participant’s request, the information provided will be removed from the Promoter’s active database as soon as reasonably possible, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
