- We aim to process all orders within the stipulated dates/times, however during busy sale periods, orders may be subject to delay.
- You will receive AusPost tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.
- Delayed or missing parcel enquiries should be directed to Australia Post (please refer to your tracking information email & the Aus Post website for more information)
-Gift cards do not count towards Free Shipping Thresholds. Only physical items do. 
-Parcels returned to us due to non-collection from post offices, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient will be sent back to our warehouse for processing. Please note that in these cases, the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
