SHIPPING INFORMATION

GENERAL INFORMATION 

  • We aim to process all orders within the stipulated dates/times, however during busy sale periods, orders may be subject to delay.
  • You will receive AusPost tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Delayed or missing parcel enquiries should be directed to Australia Post (please refer to your tracking information email & the Aus Post website for more information)
  • Gift cards do not count towards Free Shipping Thresholds. Only physical items do. 
  • Parcels returned to us due to non-collection from post offices, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient will be sent back to our warehouse for processing. Please note that in these cases, the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important: Payment of any duty and import tax is the responsibility of the recipient which is collected at the time of delivery. These charges are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control. We are not able to estimate these fees as they vary from country to country. The best way to calculate the costs is by contacting your local carrier/customs office. 

Additional UAE Charges 

Please note, all goods entering the UAE will have a 5% value-added tax applied, to be paid by the consignee. This tax is mandated for imports from Australia and not set by Apéro.

International Shipping

Please note all international shipping will incur duties and taxes which will be calculated at checkout and show within the shipping fees.

New Zealand Standard Shipping (6-27 business days): 

  • Orders under $250 NZD: $18 NZD
  • Orders over $250 NZD: FREE

United Kingdom Standard Shipping (6-27 business days):

  • Orders under £200 GBP: £13 GBP
  • Orders over £200 GB: FREE

USA Standard Shipping (6-27 business days):

  • Orders under $250 USD: $10 USD
  • Orders over $250 USD: FREE

Rest of World Standard Shipping (6-27 business days):

  • Rest of World (Standard International): $25 AUD
Returns
  • Australian Returns: $9 this covers a pre-paid shipping label
  • International Returns: paid by the customer
