Returns & Exchanges

We want your Apéro pieces to make you feel amazing, so if your item is not quite right, you’re more than welcome to return your item within 14 days! Our online returns and exchanges process is super easy, all you’ll need is your order number and email address. Make sure you comply with our returns policy first, then simply click on the button below to lodge your returns request and follow the steps to send it back. Please note all returns are at the expense of the customer.

STEPS TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN

Returning your items is easy via our online portal. Follow the steps below before shipping your item back to us.
RETURNS POLICY

Please see our Refund and Exchange Policy below. Customers must comply with the below conditions to receive a refund or an exchange.
 
EXCHANGE:
  • All items must be returned within 14 days of the original order receipt.
  • The items must be in new and unworn condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must show no trace of make-up or self-tan marks, smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder.
  • Customers must lodge a returns request via our online portal before returning the goods.
  • Exchanges will be made within 3-7 days of receiving your item, if deemed acceptable for exchange.
  • Apéro takes no responsibility in tracking your return.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUND 
  • All items must be returned within 14 days of the original order receipt.
  • The items must be in new and unworn condition with all tags attached.

AFTERPAY PURCHASES:
 
  • Our company policy does not support refunds with Afterpay purchases.
  • All sales made through Afterpay are final, however we are happy to offer exchanges or a store gift card valid for 3 years.
  • Any returns received for Afterpay purchases requesting a refund will automatically be issued a store gift card to the value of the item/s (excluding any shipping costs).
  • Afterpay is a separate entity and charges us a fixed percentage of each sale, which is not reimbursed with change of mind purchases. Thanks for your understanding.
  • Any queries in its regard must be emailed to them directly. 


FAULTY AND DAMAGED ITEMS:

We apologise if your item has not been in less than perfect condition! On the off chance that you’ve received a faulty item, we’d like to resolve this as soon as possible. Please email us at hello@aperolabel.com with your order number and images of the fault. The customer care team will assess the fault and respond back to you as soon as possible. Apéro will send a free return slip for any items with manufacturing faults.

 

Please note: Misuse and care of the item, as well as general wear and tear is not considered to be faulty. Please see ACCC laws.
