Our Returns Policy

Please see our Refund and Exchange Policy for AU and USA customers below. Customers must comply with the below conditions to receive a refund or an exchange.

EXCHANGE:
  • All items must be returned within 30 days of the original order receipt.
  • Items marked 'FINAL SALE' or not eligible for exchanges, refunds or store credits. Any sale items not marked with the 'FINAL SALE' sticker are eligible for size exchange or store credit only.
  • The items must be in new and unworn condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must show no trace of make-up or self-tan marks, smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder.
  • Customers must lodge a returns request via our online portal (domestic orders) or email hello@aperolabel.com (international orders) before returning the goods. 
  • Exchanges will be made within 3-7 days of receiving your item, if deemed acceptable for exchange.
  • Apéro takes no responsibility in tracking your return.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
REFUND 
  • All full-priced items must be returned within 30 days of the original order receipt.
  • All sale items marked with the 'FINAL SALE' sticker are not eligible for return, exchanges or store credit.
  • The items must be in new and unworn condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must show no trace of make-up or self-tan marks, smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder.
  • Customers must lodge a returns request via our online portal (AU and USA orders) or email hello@aperolabel.com (international orders) before returning the goods.
  • Refunds/online credits will be issued within 3- 10 days of receiving your item, if deemed acceptable for return.
  • All refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
  • Apéro takes no responsibility in tracking your return.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • All domestic refunds incur a $9.00 shipping return fee to cover the prepaid shipping label. 
  • International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, but not required to pay a fee. 
AFTERPAY PURCHASES:
  • Customers are entitled to a refund if the item purchased via Afterpay is found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt.
  • We do not offer refunds for ‘Change of Mind’
  • All sales made through Afterpay are considered final unless the item is faulty or damaged.
  • Afterpay operates as a separate entity and charges us a fixed percentage of each sale. This fee is not reimbursed for change of mind purchases.
  • For any queries or concerns regarding Afterpay transactions, please contact Afterpay directly.
FAULTY AND DAMAGED ITEMS:

We apologise if your item has not been in less than perfect condition! On the off chance that you’ve received a faulty item, we’d like to resolve this as soon as possible. Please email us at hello@aperolabel.com with your order number and images of the fault. The customer care team will assess the fault and respond back to you as soon as possible. Apéro will send a free return slip for any items with manufacturing faults.

Please note: Misuse and care of the item, as well as general wear and tear is not considered to be faulty. Please see ACCC laws.

Australian Wide Returns
  • We do not accept refunds or exchanges on items marked as 'FINAL SALE'.
  • Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for change of mind returns and exchanges received in an online order.
  • Please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged and both sender’s address and Apéro Label return address are clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel. To avoid delivery problems, we encourage sending your return back by creating a return with Australia Post.
  • Please allow 10 business days from the day your parcel is delivered to our distribution centre for your return to be processed and your account to be credited. Once your return has been processed you will be notified via the email address provided with your original online order. Slight delays to return processing may be experienced during busy sale and promotional periods, due to higher volumes.
  • If exchanging via post, please return your unwanted item as above, noting the style/size you wish to exchange on the packing slip provided. The item from the original order will first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. We will notify you of your new order number via email once your exchange has been processed.

USA Returns
