• We aim to process all orders within the stipulated dates/times, however during busy sale periods, orders may be subject to delay.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an Australia Post tracking link via email. From there, it’s your responsibility to monitor delivery and arrange collection if needed. Please note, Apéro Label does not provide delivery updates after your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post
• Delayed or missing parcel enquiries should be directed to Australia Post (please refer to your tracking information email & the Aus Post website for more information)
• Gift cards do not count towards Free Shipping Thresholds. Only physical items do.
• Parcels returned to us due to non-collection from post offices, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient will be sent back to our warehouse for processing. Please note that in these cases, the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

UK, USA, Europe, New Zealand and Canada: All import fees, customs, tariffs, and duties are included in our product pricing. You won’t be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery.

UAE Charges Please note, all goods entering the UAE will have a 5% value-added tax applied, to be paid by the consignee. This tax is mandated for imports from Australia and not set by Apéro.

Customs Charges: Payment of any duty and import tax is the responsibility of the recipient which is collected at the time of delivery. These charges are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control. We are not able to estimate these fees as they vary from country to country. The best way to calculate the costs is by contacting your local carrier/customs office.
