How do I join?

Do I get a discount for signing up?

While there’s no upfront discount, you’ll collect 50 points for signing up, your first step towards coupons that can save you up to $60!

Are there any minimum spend requirements for coupons?

Yes, a minimum spend of $100 is required to redeem your reward coupon. Please note that coupons cannot be applied to sale items or bundle deals.

How do the loyalty tiers work?

We’ve got Bronze, Silver and Gold. The more you shop, the more you unlock,  from points to exclusive perks. You can even earn bonus points by referring a friend or leaving a review. Learn more here.

Do coupons expire?

Yes! Coupons expire after 1 year of redeeming them.

Are redeemed points or coupons refunded if I return an item?

No. Once a points have been redeemed for a reward coupon on an order, it can't be reinstated or refunded - even if the order is later returned. Any points spent to unlock that reward are considered used at the time of redemption.

The exception is if your item was faulty or your parcel was lost in transit - in these cases, your points will be refunded.
