Can I change or cancel my order?
We can’t add to or edit orders once placed, but if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to change your address or cancel it. Email us ASAP at hello@aperolabel.com.
My promo code isn’t working. What should I do?
Double check for typos or spaces, and make sure the items in your cart are eligible. Our ‘welcome’ code expires after 30 days! Please note discount codes and sale promotions cannot be combined.
I received a faulty item. What now?
Oh no! Email hello@aperolabel.com with your order number and a photo so we can rectify this for you as quickly as possible.
Something is missing from my order.
So sorry! Email hello@aperolabel.com with your order number and a photo of the items you did receive so we can rectify this for you as quickly as possible.
My order hasn’t arrived.
First, check your tracking number. If it's stalled or says it’s waiting at your local post office, that’s your best bet. For international orders, shipping can take up to 29 business days. Still no luck? After 29 days, email us at hello@aperolabel.com.
My parcel has been marked as Return To Sender, what happens next?
If your parcel boomerangs back to us, don’t stress. Once it lands at our warehouse, we’ll process it within 7 business days and get in touch to see if you’d like it re-shipped or cancelled.
If you'd like it re-sent, we’ll just need you to cover the postage. Prefer to cancel? That’s fine too, just note that original shipping costs won’t be refunded.
Quick note: Once a parcel is in the hands of the courier, we’re no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. If your parcel has gone missing, please lodge a claim directly with the courier.
