What’s your return policy?

We offer refunds and exchanges on full-priced items within 30 days of placing your order. Sale items marked ‘FINAL SALE’ aren’t eligible for return. Read our full returns policy here.

How do I return something?

If you're in Australia, NZ, UK, Canada or the USA, you can request a return through our online portal here.

Everyone else, please send your item/s back in their original condition and packaging, with tags still attached to the below address and include a note with your name and order number in the parcel with your item/s.

Please keep note of your tracking as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that do not return back to our warehouse. Once we receive your parcel, we will process the return within 7 business days.

I submitted a return through your returns platform but I didn’t receive a label?

Sometimes returns/exchanges need to be reviewed before a label is generated. If you do not receive one with 24hrs please email us at hello@aperolabel.com

I’ve tried to submit my return but it says I’ve missed the return cut off period. What does this mean?

Oh no! Our return window is 30 days from the date you received your order, and it looks like that time has passed. As much as we’d love to help, we aren’t able to override our returns policy. You can check out all the details in our returns policy here.

Does it cost anything to exchange an item?

If you are an Australian customer, good news - we offer free exchanges!

For customers in the UK, USA, Canada, and New Zealand, return shipping costs are paid by you. The fee is calculated based on your item’s weight, size, and location (don’t worry, our returns platform handles this for you) and is deducted from your order amount.

If you're in a country that can’t use our returns portal, you’ll need to organise and cover the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse manually.

Do you offer refunds? Does it cost anything?

Yes we offer refunds! Australian customers can also get instant refunds through Refundid. Customers in the UK, USA, Canada and New Zealand can request a refund through our returns platform. All other customers please contact support (hello@aperolabel.com) for a manual refund. 

Please note regardless of where you live, all return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once your return is received and approved, your refund or store credit will be processed within 3–10 business days.
