Please keep note of your tracking as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that do not return back to our warehouse. Once we receive your parcel, we will process the return within 7 business days.

If you are an Australian customer, good news - we offer free exchanges!

For all international customers return shipping costs are paid by you. The fee is calculated based on your item’s weight, size, and location (don’t worry, our returns platform handles this for you) and is deducted from your order amount.

If you're in a country that can’t use our returns portal, you’ll need to organise and cover the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse manually.
