Cocktail One - Sangria X Frankie

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 Medium apple, cored, skin on, cut into small pieces

1/2 Medium orange, rind on, sliced into small pieces 

3-4 Tbsp organic brown sugar

3/4 Cup orange juice

1/3 Cup brandy

750 ml Bottle dry Spanish red wine


METHOD:

Add apples, oranges, and sugar to a large pitcher. Muddle with a wooden spoon for 45 seconds. 

Add orange juice and brandy. Muddle for 30 seconds.

Add red wine and stir. Taste and adjust flavour as needed.

Add ice and stir once more to chill. Garnish with orange segments.


 

Cocktail Two - Salted Caramel Espresso Martini X Ellena

INGREDIENTS:

1 Tbsp Caramel 

50ml Espresso, cooled

50ml Kahlua 

100ml Vodka

 

METHOD:

Place caramel, espresso, and a pinch of salt flakes into a cocktail shaker. Stir until caramel is dissolved. 

Add Kahlua and vodka. Top with ice and shake until combined and frothy. 

Strain mixture and divide between two chilled martini glasses.

INGREDIENTS:

Salt as needed

White sugar as needed

1 Cup Watermelon juice

¼ Cup Vodka

¼ Cup Watermelon schnapps

2 Tbsp Simple Syrup

1 Lime, juiced


METHOD:

Combine salt and sugar in a small bowl and pour onto a shallow plate. 

Moisten the rims of 2 glasses with a piece of watermelon. Dip the glass rims into the salt and sugar mixture. Set aside. 

Pour watermelon juice, vodka, watermelon schnapps, simple syrup, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover. 

Shake until the shaker is frosted. Strain into prepared glasses.
