When will you ship my order? 

We usually pack and ship within 2 business days (Mon–Fri, 9am–4pm AEST). During busy Sale periods like Black Friday it may take a little longer, thanks for your patience!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It depends on where you are! All orders are shipped from our Brisbane warehouse. Here’s a rough guide supplied to us by Australia Post:

Domestic shipping

QLD – 2 business days

NSW – 3-5 business days

VIC - 3-5 business days

SA – 5-7 business days

NT – 13-14 business days

ACT – 3-5 business days

TAS – 3-6 business days

WA – 8-10 business days

Yes we do! Our Australian warehouse ships to all major regions. View shipping costs here.

Do you offer click & collect?

Unfortunately we do not offer click and collect at this stage.

How do I track my order?

Once your order’s on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. Keep an eye on your inbox!

Will you notify me when my order arrives?

Apéro Label doesn’t send delivery confirmations, but generally our courier partners do. Your best bet is to check the tracking link and follow your parcel’s journey via the courier site. For International orders, once the parcel enters your country the tracking updates will be visible through your National Postal Service with the same tracking number.

Why has my tracking stopped for my international parcel?

Don’t worry, it’s totally normal for international tracking to go quiet for a bit! Things like customs checks, weather delays, or local processing times can slow updates down. If it’s been a while and you’re still unsure, feel free to email us at hello@aperolabel.com, we’re here to help!

 What postal service will be delivering my parcel?

For domestic orders within Australia, these will be shipped and delivered by Australia Post. For international orders, these are firstly shipped by Australia Post. Once your parcel arrives in the destination country, a third-party postal service (usually the National Postal Service) is selected by the local postal network, not by us, which handles the final delivery. Please contact your local postal service directly with your tracking number for more information regarding your parcel.
